Hi, I'm Erica !

I'm Erica Roberg Williams, a Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Associated Brokers Realty, proudly serving Fallbrook and North San Diego County, including Bonsall, Carlsbad, Oceanside, and Valley Center.

With a decade of real estate experience, I've helped buyers and sellers navigate a wide variety of properties and circumstances—from luxury homes, ranches, country estates, and golf course communities to trust and estate sales, relocation, retirement moves, first-time purchases, and investment properties.
